Phase 1: The First Island & The School of Fish
Your journey begins with basic harpoon fishing to earn yen.
The School Puzzle: You will encounter a group of human-faced fish that won't let you pass.
The Bullies: Locate the "Bully" fish and catch them. You must offer these specific fish to the "Teacher" entity at the school.
Tablet Shard #1: Once the bullies are dealt with, you will receive the first Tablet Shard from the Boss Tuna.
Phase 2: Aquon Mall & The Sonar
Travel to the Aquon Mall, a partially submerged structure filled with eerie retail-themed horrors.
The Sonar Quest: Speak to the NPC at the parking lot.

How to get it: Admit to the Whale that humans are inherently evil or choose to revert the world back to exactly how it was.
The Result: The curse is lifted. The water recedes, and humans return to their normal forms.

Ending B: Coexistence (The "True" Ending)
How to get it: Argue that empathy is possible and that humans/fish deserve a second chance to understand each other.
The Result: The world remains flooded and the "human-fish" hybrids remain, but they gain higher intelligence and the "power to think."
