In order to win in the Thai lotto, you must have a 2 down total. You need at least three papers of the same number for the first paper, or two papers of the same number for the last paper. If your combination is four numbers (4-4-4-4), then the Thai lotto rules say that if you get 4 on both the first and last papers then it counts as a 4 up the total.
Another option would be having one number (1-1-1-1) on both the first and last papers which would also count as a 4-up total.
