The game isn't just about driving; it’s about resource management, mechanical maintenance, and solving environmental puzzles to clear the tracks ahead.
Core Mechanics: Managing the Beast
Before you can move, you have to understand your engine. The game operates on four primary pillars:
Heat Management: Your boiler is your lifeblood. If the temperature drops too low, the engine freezes and it's game over. If it gets too high, you risk a catastrophic explosion.
Pressure Control: Steam pressure dictates your speed. You must vent excess steam manually to prevent pipe bursts.
Fuel Scavenging: Coal is scarce. You’ll frequently need to stop the train and venture out into the snow to find burnables.
The "Rails" System: You aren't just moving forward. You’ll encounter junctions, dead ends, and broken tracks that require manual switching or repair.

Solution: Rotate the pipes so that the steam flows from the bottom-left input to the top-right output. Avoid the "Red Pressure Valves" as they reset the puzzle. Focus on creating a "U-shaped" path through the center.
Once the gate opens, pull the Full Reverse brake to dock and complete the journey.
Survival Tips for the Tundra
Listen to the Hiss: A high-pitched whistling means a leak is forming. Fix it before it becomes a burst.
Conserve Coal: If you are on a downhill slope, move the throttle to neutral and let gravity do the work.
